1-1 Services Available now include:

Career Planning Coaching: A two-hour session where we work together to create a profile of your skills, character, values, education, and transferable skills to discover future options and determine how well your current career goals fit.

Job Search Coaching: A two-hour session to coach on modifying applications for AI-assisted applicant systems that employers use. Includes cover letter coaching and navigating both the upfront and hidden job market in your chosen field.

Resume Development Coaching: A two-hour session to coach on creating a resume that speaks to who you are as a candidate and what you bring to the table with your future employers. A resume that represents you well and is easy for you to articulate when in an interview.

Interview Skills Coaching: A two-hour session to coach through how to answer the dreaded, “Tell us about yourself”, “Why do you want to work here?”, “What is your greatest strength and weakness?” and all the curveballs an employer may throw in along the way. We will review past interview challenges and job-specific questioning.

Cost: $75 per hour, GST Included. Minimum 2 Hours for the first session, subsequent sessions if needed $75 per hour.

Where: Coaching sessions are all held virtually via Zoom

How to book:

Step 1 - Complete the form below or call us at 204 801-5377 or email chrissy @ risethrive.ca

Step 2 - A coach will reach out to you to have a free 30 minute consult call to learn more about what you are needing.

Step 3 - If the coach is a good fit, you will schedule the session that makes sense for you with the coach at a time of your convenience.

Step 4 - A simple service agreement and payment link will be sent to you to sign, pay and secure your coaching session. Payment can be made by e-transfer or card online.

Step 5 - A calendar invite with zoom link will be sent to you for your session.
