TESTIMONIALS

Yesterday we completed some incredible staff training on psychological safety and conflict management in the workplace. We delved into personality types, microaggressions, culture and diversity and how this impacts communication and relationships with the awesome Chrissy Cordingley of Rise & Thrive Wholeness Coaching.
This training was customized to our needs and specific challenges as well as our own corporate policy.

Chrissy is an amazing, engaging, and energetic facilitator and there were lots of fantastic group contributions and discussions! I cannot recommend Chrissy more highly!
