Before the Pre-Employment Readiness Coaching, I struggled to guide students effectively through program choices. Now, after training with the Winnipeg Transition Centre, I’ve gained new coaching techniques and strategies for preparing students who aren’t quite ready for college. This has boosted my confidence, and I feel more capable of providing valuable support to our students.

We had training with Chrissy in the middle of August. The training was a great experience, she was inclusive and held space for everyone during difficult conversations.
Everyone took home great knowledge and discovered things about themselves they were not aware of.
It was interactive, no one was left out! Would recommend Chrissy as an instructor to anyone!
