What: All teams and relationships must establish the ability to have purposeful, productive, and respectful communication - even in conflict. This workshop will provide participants the building blocks to raise their self-awareness, interpersonal communication and learn how to engage in healthy, psychologically safe conflict.
Why: As provinces in Canada start to adapt the CSA Standard for psychological safety in the workplace, this course teaches the everyday behaviour that will align with meeting the standard. It’s not policy that people remember, it’s patterns. Learn what your existing patterns are, what your Circle of Safety is now and how to address any gaps. Includes conflict resolution skill building and trauma-informed leadership principles.
