This half-day interactive workshop will guide participants through a basic understanding of psychological safety and how every person within a team plays a role towards psychological safe workplaces.
Participants will see an increase in self-awareness, communication skills, the ability to collaborate successfully and learn about the art of giving and receiving feedback…even in conflict.
